    Initiate signing from the host PC

    The accountant starts signing from any supported portal or application.

    A secure approval request is sent

    eGuard relays the request to the certificate owner's phone over an encrypted channel.

    Review and approve

    The certificate owner reviews the request and chooses to approve or reject it.

    Sign securely

    Once approved, the USB token generates the signature and the workflow completes.
